FOLLOW THESE 4 EASY STEPS TO BECOME AN ALLSTARLESSON STUDENT

First, choose what lesson you want. Allstar Lesson is proud to offer music and art lessons in New Jersey at your home.
Lessons Available include Piano, Guitar, Saxophone, Singing, Drum, Flute, Clarinet, Violin,
Drawing, Oil Painting, Acrylic Painting, and Watercolor Painting

2nd, choose the package that best fits your needs. Star, Double Star and Triple Star Packages with the option of half hour and hour lessons are available to meet the needs of all types of families.

The Star Package is one lesson a week.
(Total of 4 lessons for the month)
The Double Star Package is twice a week.
(Total of 8 lessons for the month)
Lessons may be split between two family members
The Triple Star Package is three lessons a week.
(Total of 12 lessons for the month)
Lessons may be split between three family members

Once payment and signed registration form have been received your lesson will be scheduled. It will take place the same time once, twice or three times a week depending on your choice of package. You will keep those days and times on a continuous basis.

ALLSTARLESSON REGISTRATION / POLICIES

Your First Lesson

Once payment and signed registration form have been received your lesson will be scheduled. We match the student with the most compatible instructor relating to type of lesson, level of student, location and schedule. At your first lesson the teacher will come to your home to teach the student. If the instructor is incompatible with your needs we will find a different instructor that fits your criteria better. There are no refunds

Student Cancellations

Lessons may be cancelled for sickness only. 24 hour notice is needed. No other exceptions. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson do to sickness please contact our Allstar Lesson coordinator 732 429 9389.
Vacation days must be arranged when making that month’s payment.

Eligibility For Makeups

To be eligible for a makeup you must notify Allstar Lesson 24 hours in advance of your lesson time. Cancellations on the same day will not be refunded. The lesson must be made up during the month. Only one excused lesson will be permitted for the month. The payment already made for the cancelled lesson cannot be moved forward to the next month’s payment.

Teacher and Holiday Makeups

Should the teacher cancel the lesson or the lesson fall on one of these holidays’s:  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day, the student will automatically be given a make-up lesson. Talk with the Allstar Lesson coordinator to find an appropriate time that fits your schedule and the instructor’s schedule.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording Release.

I consent to be recorded in audio and/or visual formats for Allstar Lesson. Any such recordings (photographs, video, sound recordings, etc) may be subsequently used without compensation to me by Allstar Lesson or third parties for publications (including Web sites), advertising, and/or publicity. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished recordings and/or publication use.

Parent and Student / Teacher Agreement

Allstar Lesson markets and connects students with music, art and sports teachers. As a student for Allstar Lesson I will take lessons with one of our independent contractors. I understand if my child is under the age of 18, I the parent or guardian will be home when the lesson is taking place. I understand that all scheduling and payment will be processed with the Allstar Lesson coordinator. I will not arrange to take lessons with the independent contractor without using Allstar Lesson for up to two years after termination with Allstar Lesson.

Who is the Independent Contractor?

The Independent Contractor is the music or art teacher that comes to your home to teach lessons.

Who is the Lesson Coordinator?

The Lesson coordinator schedules the lessons, answers your questions and processes payments. The Lesson coordinator is not the teacher, instructor or coach.

Termination of Lessons

When students decide to stop taking lessons, the Allstar Lesson coordinator must be notified. I understand that I will be billed the next month until notice of cancellation by phone.

Payment

Payment is paid on a monthly basis. Tuition is due the last lesson of the month for the next full month of lessons. No lesson will be given if tuition has not been received. Lessons must be paid by Check.

DISCLAIMER

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that the Client (or student) acknowledges that Allstar Lesson, LLC is not the employer of the instructor who is an independent contractor.  It is agreed that under no circumstances shall Allstar Lesson, LLC or its individual members be liable for any negligence of the instructor or other actions of the instructor during the course of the lesson(s) given by the instructor to the client (or student) which may result in any damage to the person or property of the client (or student) or the person or property of any family members of the client (or student) which may arise out of or during the course of the giving of lessons by the instructor.
